GENERAL INFORMATION

Rehearsals are taking place on Thursdays at 7.30 to 9.00 or so, generally in Holmfirth Methodist Church.

Saturday 18th July - concert day (New Mill Church)
Key information:

• Rehearsal for choir:  3pm- 4.30 (the quintet may continue practising after this)
• The concert starts at 7.15.  Please arrive for 7 pm.  The dress code is smart casual.  Prosecco, a non-alcoholic alternative and strawberries will be served.
• Please hand your music in after the concert.

Our summer break from rehearsing will start after the concert.  Our first rehearsal in the autumn will be on 10th September.  We will be singing Matthew Coleridge’s wonderful Requiem (2015) and Carl Orff’s famous Carmina Burana (1935). We will post reminders via our Facebook page and our website, and via email.

Updates
Please keep an eye on this page for updates, especially if snow or ice is forecast. Any decision to cancel a rehearsal will be made by 6 pm. If the weather is poor, please do also consider your local conditions if the weather is worse near you!
